Logical identifiers based classification for incoming emails and all new invoices were automatically scanned and read for faster processing.

Goal

A large, leading hospital in Europe required streamlined, automated processing of invoice classification. Invoices are sent via emails, and they were to be read and classified based on logical identifiers, following which a confirmation email is sent to the vendor to acknowledge receipt.

Method

New invoice attachments are saved in respective folders and then a confirmation mail sent to the vendor to acknowledge receipt.

Results

iNatrix implemented the RPA solution to automate incoming invoice classification. Incoming emails were scanned and read every minute for new invoice attachments.
