As business started picking up, the problem of client onboarding surfaced. Since no two clients have identical needs, account customization had to be initiated from scratch every time. Delivering the final account by manually entering data into User Fields, User Group, etc. ran the risk of delayed delivery, irking clients and affecting business.

A team from Nalashaa was entrusted with the task of tackling this glitch. After a detailed analysis of the process, the team suggested RPA as the solution. A multi-stage implementation plan was devised considering future implications and client requirements.

Furthermore, the team identified major areas for improvement in marketing and lead management workflows and the same was communicated to the client.

Data reading and validation:

When bots are run with the click of a mouse button, they open the file shared by the client in a pre-defined format containing account data for the different fields. The data is validated for format correctness and customization details are saved in a separate file.

Customizing the modules:

The bots navigate to each module specified, perform the configured actions, and enter the customization details in the corresponding web page.

Reporting:

At the end of the process, bots send an email attaching the consolidated report mentioning process details to all stakeholders. At every stage, bots check for validations and in case of exceptions, notifications are triggered for easy problem diagnosis.
